**Your Opportunity**
This is a hands on generalist role requiring continued business partnering - you will provide an advisory and consultative role to a division of this growing business.
This role combines a hands on approach, into the detail, across the employee lifecycle, from talent management and recruitment, to HR administration, remuneration, analytics and reporting, with a strong IR/award interpretation focus.
A generalist role, you will manage the day to day as well as provide ongoing and continuous risk assessment from an industrial relations perspective. Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to be involved with various projects.
You will work with a warm and engaged team, and provide customer and people focused delivery with a calm approach, in a fast paced environment.
**Your Profile**
As an experienced Human Resources professional, you will have the experience and gravitas to hit the ground running. You enjoy an extremely busy, fast paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities, projects and stakeholders.
You enjoy face to face interaction, and are driven by a true mix of process and people. Values based, you care deeply about integrity and community and are flexible enough to be hands on and in the detail.
**Extensive experience in award interpretation is a must and experience in the early learning industry will be highly valued, although not essential.**
You will need good Excel skills for reporting purposes when partnering with your stakeholders. Excellent communication skills are essential, and the **ability to advise, influence and build and maintain outstanding relationships **will be key.
