Are you a natural leader and inspiring mentor ready to guide a team of educators and create meaningful learning experiences for children?
At Green Leaves Early Learning, we take pride in placing our teams and children at the heart of everything we do. This begins with our Green Leaves Commitments toward Child Safety, Learning Environments, Family Connections, Centre Presentation, and Performance.
We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join us in either an Assistant Director role, an Educational Leader role, or as a dual role combining both. The dual role is unique, as it is entirely non-contact, giving you the opportunity to focus on mentoring and supporting educators, curriculum development, and the successful daily operations of the Centre.
Day to day, you can:
• Live and breathe the Green Leaves Commitments – role modelling and embracing them in everyday practice
• Build genuine and positive relationships with your team, children, and families, making every day full of rewarding moments
• Mentor, coach, and inspire educators through creative curriculum approaches and problem solving
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring we're always at our best
• Bring curriculum to life with imaginative learning opportunities that spark creativity, curiosity, and wonder in children
• Collaborate with our National Learning, Research and Development Partners, engaging with cutting-edge resources and professional learning
• Showcase your strong time management, organisational, and communication skills while shining with a warm, compassionate leadership style
With the Educational Leader component, you'll also access:
• Online and face-to-face mentoring with our NLRDP Research Partner
• Monthly 'Think Tank' meetings with colleagues across Australia
• Resources and training across key areas including Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, the Arts, and more
• Access to our Learning Leaves Documentation training and Creative Collection Arts program
• Opportunities to participate in exclusive study tours and access our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship Fund
