The ICT Infrastructure Specialist will provide technical support across our ICT platforms, including servers, virtualisation and networking equipment.
Main Responsibilities
* Monitor and respond to ICT support tickets
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues
* Perform proactive maintenance and assist with infrastructure testing and deployment
Key Requirements
* Administering and supporting Windows Server and Linux systems
* Strong understanding of network fundamentals
