Join our growing Product Management team within CBRE's Digital & Technology group. The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager to own and enhance our proprietary Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) products. As a key member of our Digital & Technology group, you'll:
* Own the Product: Manage and evolve a suite of existing Valuation & Advisory products, aligning them with business and user priorities.
* Drive Growth: Lead the product roadmap, set sprint goals, and deliver measurable value.
* Collaborate & Innovate: Work with Agile development teams, conduct user research, and identify opportunities to optimize user journeys and drive KPIs.
* Work with local/offshore agile (Scrum) development teams, act as the Product Owner - write and groom user stories, maintain the product backlog and deliver measurable, incremental value to users and the business
About you:
* 3-5+ Years' Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager/Owner in a digital environment.
* Technical Acumen & Data driven mindset: Strong technical and business background, comfortable working with both end-users and engineering teams.
* Agile Expertise: Well-versed in Agile (Scrum) and Lean methodologies.
* Experience working with UX and design teams with technical understanding of digital platforms (analytics, databases, cloud technology)
* Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholders at all levels.
* User-Centric Focus: Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences whilst working to tight deadlines
