Job Title: Treasury and Accounts Receivable Officer
We are seeking a skilled Treasury and Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team.
* Manage daily cash flow through CBMS and oversee RBA account functions
* Complete monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
* Process invoicing, debt collection, and accounts receivable activities
* Provide technical advice on Treasury Management and Accounts Receivable matters
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial legislation and governance frameworks
* Support end-of-month processes including reconciliations, journals, and reporting
* Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and updates to policies and procedures
* Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, providing timely and factual advice
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable and Treasury functions
* Solid understanding of the PGPA Act and Whole of Government financial frameworks
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Experience with financial systems (e.g. CBMS, TechnologyOne) and tools (e.g. Excel)
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* A continuous improvement mindset and ability to implement changes in processes
