In this role, you will be responsible for supervising team members and providing guidance on effective service delivery. You will also support the development of plans that promote the safety, stability, and development of children and young people.

* Critical assessment and reflection: e.g., identifying areas for improvement in case management practices
* Risk assessment and analysis: further develops risk assessment tools to identify potential risks to child safety
* Case planning review and case management: provides expert advice on complex cases requiring high-level intervention
* Critical inquiry: leads rigorous investigation into issues impacting child well-being
