Psychosocial Practitioner
This part-time role involves working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team to provide psychosocial assessments and support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing psychosocial interventions and be able to work with consumers, families, and carers in a culturally sensitive manner.
The successful applicant will be required to participate in treatment planning and risk assessment, with a focus on delivering holistic, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide psychosocial assessments and support to individuals at risk of homelessness and those experiencing mental health issues.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the needs of consumers.
* Engage with consumers, families, and carers in a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive manner.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in psychosocial practice.
Requirements:
* A bachelor degree in social work or a related field.
* Experience in providing psychosocial interventions and working with consumers, families, and carers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
