Main Responsibilities Supervising all engineering projects and ensuring safety and efficiency Collaborating with other departments to integrate technical solutions into operations Managing the engineering team, ensuring its continuous development Ensuring that projects comply with international regulations Analyze and propose technical improvements to optimize maintenance processes Requirements Degree in Engineering: aerospace, aeronautics, telecommunications, electronics, electrotechnics, mechanics or Engineering or Engineering Sciences courses relevant to aircraft maintenance and airworthiness continuity management. 3 years' experience or more in engineering roles in the aeronautical industry Skills Aviation technical regulations Project management Technical analysis and problem solving Leadership Proactivity Critical thinking Results orientation and ability to work under pressure J-18808-Ljbffr
