What you'll do
* Manage and grow strategic client accounts across multiple sectors and regions
* Develop trusted client partnerships, anticipate needs, and provide consultative advice
* Lead business development efforts to secure new opportunities and cross-sell solutions
* Collaborate closely with Delivery, Finance, and internal teams to deliver seamless service
* Manage complex recruitment lifecycles and client expectations
* Represent Spencer Ogden at industry events and promote our brand
What we're looking for
* Senior Consultant experience in recruitment, contract recruitment preferred
* Strong relationship building and communication skills
* Strategic thinker with solid sales, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
* Ability to navigate complex client structures and multiple stakeholders
