The ideal candidate excels at translating data into actionable insights and creating polished PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages.Key Accountabilities:Collect, analyse, and synthesize data and information from multiple sources and design and develop automated reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar platformsPartner with Technology users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specificationsCreate concise, impactful PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences including standardized reporting templates and procedures to ensure consistency across all deliverablesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate information and develop comprehensive reports that distill complex information into clear insightsPresent key findings to leadership teams in a compelling, accessible mannerEnsure consistency in messaging and branding across all communicationsMeet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standardsGenerate regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) for various stakeholders including executive leadership, department heads, and operational teamsGather feedback on existing reports and implement improvements to enhance usability and relevance including Identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and increase operational efficiencyContribute to the development of reporting standards and governance policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in reporting, business analysis, or communicationsAdvanced PowerPoint skills with proven ability to create executive-level presentationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication abilitiesDemonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insightsProficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Tableau, or similar data toolsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent time management and prioritization skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdditional InformationTAL is one of Australia’s leading life insurers, committed to inclusion, and supporting the career growth of our diverse workforce.
