* Senior Site Manager
* Site Supervisors
* Contract Administrators
* Project & Site Engineers
* Services Manager & Services Engineer
* Project Coordinator
* Document Controller
* HSE Advisor
Key Requirements:
* Relevant Qualifications for the role – Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or Occupational Health & Safety
* Proven experience in commercial building, ideally with major project experience in the tier 1 or 2 market.
* Living locally in the Mandurah Peel region or willing to travel to that area
* Previous experienced with hospitals/healthcare projects.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with project stakeholders, clients, team members, and subcontractors.
* Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills.
