About the Company
Our client is a national commercial construction business with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, complex, and technically challenging projects. With proven expertise across a wide range of sectors, they are known for delivering projects in commercial offices, health, aged care, retail, and student accommodation.
They are currently looking for a Contract Manager to lead this $300M Alliance Health contract in Mandurah.
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* Proven experience working as a Contract/Commercial Manager on Alliance contracts
* Excellent leadership & communication skills.
* Collaborative approach and ability to
* Strong financial management skills and the ability ensure financial transparency while maintaining the "Best for Project" culture.
* Local experience and key relationships with the local supply chain.
* Ability to prepare, analyse and present high level financial reports (forecasting, cash flow, actual costs, over-runs or under-runs etc)
