We're on the lookout for a Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Perth.
You'll be responsible for fabricating, welding, assembling, and pipe fitting high-quality stainless steel, steel, and aluminium products. We're all about workmanship, precision, and delivering top-notch results, and we want someone who shares that passion.
You'll be working in our busy fabrication facility, turning blueprints and drawings into reality, while making sure everything meets food-grade standards. About You
You're a skilled Welder/Fabricator with experience working on a variety of projects, from custom builds to high-quality structural work. You take pride in precision, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
* Fabrication and Welding: Perform high-quality welding and fabrication tasks across various metals (steel, aluminium, stainless).
* Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
* Pipe Fitting: Assemble and fit pipe systems to meet food-grade standards.
* Equipment Maintenance: Ensure welding equipment is well-maintained and in safe working condition.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of work, ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards.
* Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members across operations to complete projects efficiently and on time.
* Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for yourself and your team.
Skills & Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of welding/fabrication experience
* Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
* Experience in pipe fitting and working to food-grade standards
* Weld test will be required as part of the hiring process
* Current welding certifications are required for this position
* Strong knowledge of metal properties, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Valid trade qualification in welding/fabrication is a plus
* Forklift license or additional certifications are desirable
* Australian work authorisation is required for this position
