As a leader in the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) program, you will oversee a team focused on providing employment placement support. This initiative is designed to empower job seekers through skills development, mentoring, and tailored employment pathways.
* Manage a team responsible for Employment Placement Support
* Develop and manage Employment Placement Support plans
* Track participant progress across 4, 12, 26 and 52-week milestones
* Ensure accurate claims submission and compliance with RAES standards
* Engage with employers to secure and maintain employment opportunities
