Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Service Supervisor to run a team of workshop technicians and apprentices at our Perth Airport Branch. This is an exciting, challenging and dynamic role in an ever changing industry within a rapidly growing company, offering competitive remuneration. Key Accountabilities
* Lead the safety culture and safety compliance within the branch
* Ensure customer service excellence is delivered
* Manage resourcing levels and the performance of the team.
* Provide hands on support to the team during busy periods
* Build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders and clients by providing technical expertise.
* Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
* You will need to think on your feet and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times.
About you
* Trade qualification in mechanical field
* Experience in leading a team
* A clear and confident communication style with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Attention to details
* Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours
* Whilst not required applicants with OEM experience are highly desired.
