Responsibilities
* Mixing and batching products by accurately following batch sheets and work instructions
* Loading raw materials (powders, liquids and additives) into mixers and batching equipment
* Manually lifting, tipping and handling bags and containers up to 25kg on a regular basis
* Operating and monitoring mixers, pumps and basic production machinery
* Checking batches during mixing to ensure correct quantities and consistency
* Filling finished products into drums, containers or other packaging
* Labelling, sealing and preparing products for storage or dispatch
* Cleaning mixers, batching lines, tools and work areas between batches
* Reporting equipment faults, leaks or issues immediately to the team leader
* Following all safety, quality and site procedures at all times
Your Profile
* Physically fit and able to repeatedly lift up to 25kg
* FORKLIFT License REQUIRED
* Comfortable with hands-on, manual work in a production or manufacturing environment
* Experience in mixing, batching or production (preferred)
* Able to follow batch sheets, instructions and safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
* Able to work well in a team and take direction
