What You'll Be Doing

You'll design and assist delivery of customer experience and digital solutions across CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing), Stores (POS), Customer Loyalty, Commerce, Web, Customer Insights and Data platforms, working closely with senior business leaders, key business stakeholders across sales, customer service, marketing, stores and data, as well as IT colleagues. Your focus will be on translating business capability requirements into practical technology requirements, owning solution design, supporting implementation and build with both existing (legacy) technologies, while being a key part of the program transitioning to a new, modern Customer Experience and Data platforms.

You'll collaborate across multiple brands and multiple business units, ensuring effective implementation of digital/CX projects that enhance customer and consumer experiences across retail, trade, commercial and consumer industries. This role is hands‑on, evolving, and central to DuluxGroup's digital transformation journey.

What We're Looking For

* Strong hands‑on and solution architecture experience across the Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM solution, including Sales, Contact Centre, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, Commerce, Connected Store.
* Experience with working with Content Management Solutions (CMS) such as Optimizely and Umbraco.
* Experience with working with other CX solutions such as SAP C4C (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), SAP Commerce, Hubspot CRM, Loyalty solution and Customer Data Platforms (CDP's) such as Twilio Segment.
* Proven ability to design and architect Digital/CX solutions including modern integrations.
* Proven ability to configure, integrate and tailor enterprise software to meet business needs.
* Experience with architecting solution designs which integrate with other back‑end solutions, such as SAP ERP.
* Experience with a green‑field implementation across a whole of CX is preferred (Microsoft D365), but not essential.
* Background in multi‑brand, multi‑business unit, or large complex organizations; retail or B2B experience highly regarded.
* Experience working with Architecture solutions such as LeanIX, Orbus Infinity or Ardoq.
* Experience in strong architecture governance practices including working with Architecture Governance Boards.
* Degree qualification preferred, but not essential.
* Previous roles may include solution/domain architect or functional expert across CRM (Microsoft D365 preferred) technologies, or a web/commerce engineer.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
