This position is within our fast-paced Service Department and is responsible for high volume, inbound and outbound front desk duties, and a variety of administrative tasks.

Your Role:
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service.
Be a customer service superstar, ensuring the customer has a great dealership experience.
Coordinate service appointments, manage job scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to ensure a smooth service experience.
Assist customers with vehicle maintenance plans and provide expert advice on vehicle care.
Manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Skills and Experience:
A positive "can-do" attitude and passion for customer service.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
Highly motivated, organized, and IT savvy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
A mechanical aptitude is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
