About The Role
A leading globalbusiness is in need of an Assistant Accountant to join their team in North West Sydney. The role will involve General Ledger and Bank Reconciliations, as well as Accounts Payable & Accounts Recievable duties. This person needs to have strong attention to detail, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (MD365) & be immediately available.
The Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, the responsibilities include
* Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
* Reconciling credit card and petty cash accounts
* Identifying and resolving variances
* Processing invoices and credit notes
* Matching purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoices
The Successful Applicant
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience essential
* 1-4 years of work experience in a similar role
* Immediately Available
* Willing to work in the office 5 days a week in Blacktown
