**Position Overview**:
The Administration & Logistics Officer will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across administration, inventory coordination, and logistics support. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage general office administration including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet and assist visitors and customers at the door, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to manage logistics requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery or stock discrepancies.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Support compliance with workplace health and safety, and quality control procedures.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, or supply chain support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of inventory systems including MYOB & BossQI (desirable).

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
