We adopt a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families.
Help us help others by providing life-changing support that can improve their independence, access, development, health and wellbeing, and function.
We would love to hear from Speech Pathologists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in various settings, including clinics and community environments.
Job Description Successful candidates will provide support to NDIS participants living in Campbelltown and surrounding areas, depending on your location.
In this role, you will:
Use a strengths-based approach to guide assessment, goal setting, and intervention.
Utilize a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessments tailored to the participant's needs to inform clinical reasoning.
Deliver speech therapy interventions in settings aligned with participant goals, such as schools, homes, workplaces, community locations, or our clinic space.
Collaborate with a local multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will:
Hold current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
Be passionate about working within a multidisciplinary team.
Have a desire to make a meaningful impact in the community.
Possess experience delivering services under the NDIS.
