Key Responsibilities:
* Perform roofing tasks efficiently and safely according to project requirements.
* Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various roofing materials.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in roofing or related construction work is essential.
* Possession of a valid White Card is mandatory.
* Need to have drivers license and be able to get to job sites.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
* Ability to work well within a small family company environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
* Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Location: The majority of our work is focused on re-roofing projects within the insurance sector.
