The next step is building the engine to match.The Role LAB Group has the market presence, the product maturity and the customer credibility. As their first dedicated Head of Sales, you will own the revenue growth function and build what comes next.This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit, highly capable team and shape and own the evolving go-to-market function.Reporting to the CEO and partnering with the leadership team, you will:Hunt and close mid-market and enterprise deals across wealth management, funds, online trading, crypto, accounting, legal and real estate — navigating complex, consultative sales cycles with precision and bringing the right stakeholders to the table.Drive and oversee outbound pipeline generation, establishing LAB Group's presence in segments where they are under-represented - through executive relationship building, strategic prospecting and targeted outreach.Lead and develop a growing but experienced sales team, fostering a high performance culture while remaining actively engaged in the field alongside them.Shape the GTM function as it scales — this is a player-coach role today, which will evolve to building out the team and overseeing the full sales and marketing engine.What You Bring To The Role A hungry, driven, and commercial sales leader who has expertise in solution selling. You understand that engaging wealth managers, compliance officers and chief risk officers at leading institutions requires sophistication and credibility and you bring both.You excel in solution selling environments. You're comfortable working with COOs, Heads of Risk/Compliance and Operations to understand their current processes and articulate the value proposition for LAB's Onboarding solution. Financial services or RegTech experience is advantageous, though your ability to understand a customer's onboard process, communication where LAB's solution would fit into the process and provide a demo of the solution is what matters most.You are energised by building, not just managing - whether that means stepping up into your first sales leadership role or returning to the kind of greenfield challenge you genuinely enjoy.You are commercially-minded, data informed and comfortable owning a revenue number.What's In It For You? ️ A brilliant opportunity to work with prospects, customers, and lead an experienced sales team, along with given the reigns to build out the function.Competitive package including participation in an employee share scheme, with meaningful long-term upside for those who want to grow with the business.A genuine greenfield opportunity - LAB Group has the brand, the product and the customer base.
