The Opportunity
The Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in attracting, sourcing and selecting high‐quality talent to support the organisation's services and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering full lifecycle recruitment across a diverse range of roles
* Partnering with hiring managers to clarify recruitment needs and timelines
* Proactively sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
* Drafting professional and engaging job advertisements
* Conducting interviews, reference checks and mandatory compliance checks
* Preparing resumes, interview notes and shortlisting documentation
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records and systems in line with compliance requirements
* Supporting efficient time‐to‐hire outcomes and continuous process improvement
The Ideal Candidate
HRM is seeking a candidate who combines strong recruitment capability with excellent stakeholder engagement and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (essential)
* Qualifications or experience in Human Resources or Business Administration (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational, administration and time management skills
* Ability to quickly build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
* Experience working within compliance‐based recruitment frameworks
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* A flexible, collaborative and resilient working style
Mandatory Requirements
* Right to work in Australia
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
* Current Working with Children Check or Registration to Work with Vulnerable People
* Current open driver's licence
