Director - Project Management & Development, Placing Confidence In Your Business (+61 416 886 885)
Our client is an award-winning property developer delivering an iconic mixed-use masterplanned community comprising 1,000 residential apartments. They are looking to strengthen their existing development team by recruiting a Project Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of the project delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual who can demonstrate knowledge of and experience in the mixed-use residential apartment space. They will be required to manage all elements of the project lifecycle, including design, tendering, construction, defects, and handover. In addition, they will be responsible for budgeting and cost reporting, procurement, contract administration, and managing the external builder and other consultants.
The successful candidate must possess tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar. They must also be passionate about working for a developer who is known for delivering sustainable and innovative communities and creating a high-performing and supportive team culture. They must also be a clear communicator (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
