$65,000 to $80,000 per annum

About the Role
">
The Chef prepares and maintains excellent standards of food preparation and presentation for a range of meal types and cuisines. The role involves supervising and managing other chefs in the kitchen and working with the Head Chef to diversify and produce menus.

Main Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook food in accordance with set requirements and regulations
">
* Work with other staff members to deliver food in a fast-paced environment
">
* Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
">
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen area

Qualifications and Experience

* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

* A Certificate IV in Hospitality Management or Diploma in Commercial Cookery

* Minimum three years relevant experience as a chef

* Experience in managing and efficiently running a kitchen and kitchen staff
">
