About You
You'll be an essential part of our Kitchen team in the Wood Restaurant, helping to deliver high-quality meals and smooth back-of-house operations. You take pride in keeping things clean, organised, and running like clockwork. Fast-paced environments don't faze you, in fact, you thrive in them You're reliable, hardworking, and always ready to jump in and lend a hand wherever it's needed. Whether you're prepping ingredients, washing up, or keeping the kitchen spotless, you know that your work helps create great experiences for our guests. Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
· A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude, with a focus on teamwork and reliability
· Previous experience in a kitchen or back-of-house role is ideal, but not essential for the right person
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
· Good communication skills and a willingness to follow direction
· Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to food hygiene and cleanliness
· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during busy service periods
· A passion for food and an interest in learning more about kitchen operations
· Knowledge of basic food prep and dishwashing procedures
· Food Handler Basics training (or willingness to obtain)
