The Role
We\'re now looking for a Head / Senior Chef to join our growing team and lead our kitchen with creativity, consistency, and heart.
This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled chef who can bring leadership, inspiration, and attention to detail. You\'ll be responsible for:
Applicants must be Australian permanent residents.
- Leading and mentoring the kitchen team
- A minimum of 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of all menu items
- Managing kitchen operations, ordering, and stock control
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen workplace in line with food safety standards
- Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development
About You
We\'re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced as a Head Chef or Senior Chef (minimum 2–3 years)
- Experienced in café/brunch cuisine is essential.
- Passionate about fresh, quality food and seasonal produce
- A strong leader with excellent communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and hands-on in the kitchen
- A positive team player who thrives in a supportive, family-run business
What We Offer
Full-time role with a salary of $70,000 – $80,000 + super
Daytime hours 7-3pm (great work/life balance)
