About the Role
As a trusted advisor, you will guide candidates through course options and enrolment procedures. This involves encouraging potential students to take advantage of new career opportunities within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to enquiries from prospective students via phone/email and maintain timely communication
* Develop positive relationships with course enquirers and encourage enrolment using a consultative approach
* Meet customer (student) needs while achieving performance targets
* Maintain course enquirer records in the CRM System
About You
We seek a passionate and enthusiastic individual who inspires students about the career opportunities in their chosen program. Ideal candidates have:
* Previous experience in a course advisory role or equivalent sales-based positions
* Experience in student services or telephone-based roles within an education provider
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
* Experience in utilising CRM systems to manage external client relationships
