We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Pet Care Liaison to join our front desk team.
About the Role
* As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for warmly greeting clients and their pets, managing appointments, and coordinating daily workflow with the veterinary team.
* You will handle invoicing, payments, estimates, and account queries while ensuring accurate records, reminders, and privacy standards are maintained.
* Educating clients on our services, wellness plans, and follow-up care is also an essential part of this role.
* Maintaining a well-presented front of house, contributing to social media and client communications, and supporting workplace safety and smooth day-to-day operations are additional responsibilities.
Requirements
* A background in customer-facing roles, preferably within a veterinary or medical setting.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
* Confident scheduling systems users with basic account management abilities are required.
