We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our network infrastructure. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with networking technologies and ensuring reliable, secure connectivity in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
* Monitor network performance, availability, and security
* Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues
* Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and network appliances
* Implement network security controls and best practices
* Support network changes, upgrades, and capacity planning
* Collaborate with systems, cloud, and security teams
* Document network configurations, procedures, and standards
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in network administration or network engineering roles
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
* Experience with network hardware and vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar)
* Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security concepts
* Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools
* Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
* Fluent in English
* Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
