Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate service calls, quoted works, planned maintenance, and installations to ensure schedules, technicians, and communications are on track.
* Maximise technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling.
* Monitor technician progress and update records and customer portals.
* Support customers with clear communication and timely updates.
* Connect teams to streamline administrative tasks and prepare reports.
* Manage travel for technicians to complete out-of-town work.
* Review the 'on-call' roster for technicians, ensuring 24/7 coverage and close out all call-outs within 24 hours.
* Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, source non-stock items, and handle ordering and distribution.
* Collaborate with managers to track performance, identify training opportunities, and document events.
About This Role:
* Experience in a customer service or dispatch environment.
* Strong administrative and coordination skills.
* Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
