Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across a Class 2 residential project.
Lead and manage subcontractors to ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance.
Oversee construction schedules and drive project delivery to meet key milestones.
Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with building codes and WHS standards.
Liaise with Project Management and Design teams to resolve site issues efficiently.
Foster a positive, productive, and safety-driven site culture.
