Join Our Team as a Property Coordinator Assistant

Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? A leading residential accommodation provider in West Street, Toowoomba—managing 144 units under the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act) for both General Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation—is seeking a Property Coordinator Assistant to join our small, dynamic office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

We're searching for someone who brings:


• Outstanding communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—to build strong relationships with tenants via phone, email, and face-to-face.


• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with confidence to work independently on assigned tasks.


• Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable demeanour.


• Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.


• Attention to detail, especially in data entry and administrative tasks.


• Commitment to confidentiality when handling tenant and staff information.


• Forward-thinking approach with the ability to plan ahead and anticipate needs.

About the Role

This is a 12-month full-time contract starting in January.


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM (38 hours/week)


• No overtime, weekends, or public holidays required


• Location: On-site in Toowoomba—no travel required


• Salary: Based on the Clerks Award, negotiable depending on experience

Your responsibilities will include:


• Tenant liaison and handling queries


• Managing correspondence via phone and email


• Preparing and processing RTA notices and forms


• General administration tasks and more

Required Experience


• Previous experience in rental property administration/ management with a strong customer service focus


• Familiarity with RTA forms, procedures and completion


• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with property management software like Realworks (preferred but not essential)
