Job OpportunityWe're seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Enterprise Account Director to join our high-performing sales team.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients across key industry sectors.
The role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in selling service-based or digital transformation solutions, with a proven ability to lead complex sales cycles and develop trusted client relationships at senior levels.
While the initial focus will be on new logo acquisition (approximately 70%), the role will evolve to a 50/50 split between account management and strategic new business development after the first 12 months.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level opportunities, from prospecting to close.Identify, target, and engage high-value enterprise clients across various industries.Develop and execute strategic account plans and sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders (C-level and senior decision-makers).
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning our digital transformation services to deliver value.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Marketing) to create tailored proposals and winning solutions.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive positioning.RequirementsProven track record of success in enterprise-level sales or business development roles.Experience in consultative, solution-based selling – ideally within a services or digital transformation environment.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex, high-value deals.Ability to develop and present strategic account plans and client engagement artefacts.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.Familiarity with Salesforce (or a similar CRM platform) is advantageous.Why Join Innovior?
