Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Stock Management: Direct the Back of House team to prioritize stock-to-floor delivery, processing, and replenishment activities daily.
* Plan and oversee the receipt of stock deliveries to maintain maximum availability.
* Effectively manage stock loss and enhance replenishment systems to optimize inventory levels.
* Maintain Back of House standards according to organizational expectations.
* Optimize back-of-house layout for streamlined stock access and placement of high-demand brands, categories, and styles.
* Provide actionable feedback to team members to promote performance improvement.
