Administrative Support Specialist
The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to clients, staff, and visitors of the local health network.
* Respond to client and customer enquiries, providing accurate advice and assigning requests to the right personnel.
* Welcome visitors at reception and ensure they are properly directed.
* Coordinate appointments and bookings for services across multiple departments and external agencies.
* Handle phone messages, word processing, and assist with meeting preparations, including agenda and minute taking.
* Support with the organisation of accommodation, flights, and video conference facilities.
* Manage correspondence, including sorting, processing, and distributing documents both electronically and in print.
* Ensure safe work practices and adhere to quality assurance protocols.
