Shift: Day Shift - 7:30am - 3:30pm - Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Reach Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. In this role, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks to efficiently move, store, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a reach truck to move pallets of goods throughout the warehouse
* Load and unload products from delivery trucks
* Safely store products in designated warehouse locations
* Pick, pack, and organize orders based on customer requirements
* Repetitive manual handling - Up to 20kgs
* Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues
* Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
* Maintain accurate records of inventory movement in the warehouse management system
* Assist with general warehouse/housekeeping tasks as needed
Key Requirements:
* Valid LF licence
* Previous experience operating a reach truck or similar material handling equipment up to 10 metres
* Strong focus on safety and adherence to health and safety regulations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
* Physically fit and able to lift and carry items as required
