The Role
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering creative, practical, and client-focused design solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team and contribute to projects from concept through to completion.
What you’ll do:
* Lead interior design projects across multiple sectors from start to finish
* Translate complex briefs into thoughtful, functional, and inspiring environments
* Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
* Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure cohesive project outcomes
* Manage project timelines, documentation, and delivery through all stages
* Contribute to design reviews, client presentations, and quality assurance processes
What you bring:
* A degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
* Minimum 7+ years’ professional experience in a design studio or multidisciplinary practice
* Proven track record delivering interior design projects
* Strong design sensibility backed by technical know-how in documentation and detailing
* Proficiency in Revit (essential), along with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead projects and teams confidently
