Administrative Operations Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of service data, reconciling subcontractor works, analysing discrepancies and updating internal systems accordingly.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will support the operational performance of the business by:
* Analysing work orders and investigating discrepancies in service data to ensure accurate billing and reporting
* Liaising with vendors and subcontractors to verify completed works and resolve issues
* Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoice reconciliation, including disposal and subcontractor charges
* Allocating and updating internal resources within the ERP system to ensure services are correctly coded to the appropriate jobs and cost centres
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure client service requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
* Supporting operational reporting by maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the distribution of pre-formatted reports
* Maintaining and upholding data integrity across operational and financial systems
