What You'll Do
* Provide expert WHS advice to executives and senior management.
* Lead incident investigations and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
* Develop and roll out WHS programs, policies, and procedures that meet legislative requirements.
* Champion initiatives that foster a positive safety culture.
* Prepare high-level reports, submissions, and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* Proven WHS expertise with deep knowledge of WHS legislation and standards.
* Strong background in risk management and WHS systems implementation.
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing WHS teams and complex issues.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
* Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Qualifications Mandatory:
* Certificate IV in WHS/OHS or relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS, risk management, health, or related field.
