Executive Assistant/Registrar

This position is 32 hours per week spread over five days. These hours apply to 42 weeks of the year, made up of 40 weeks of the school year plus two weeks of school holiday time throughout the year. This role is paid as an LSO Grade 3 as per the Lutheran Schools SA Enterprise Agreement:

Key Responsibilities

The The Marketing, Enrolments and Administration Officer is employed as part of the Administration team at St Paul Lutheran School.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Marketing through multiple modes and connections to promote the school, including development, implementation and review of the school's marketing plan
* Administrative support for senior leadership staff.
* Support with highly confidential meetings, minutes and document management.
* Managing enrolments from entry to exit, including transition into the school and liaising with external parties and health professionals.
* Event management.
* Administrative and first aid support for the school community.
