The Role
Following the resignation of one of our team members we are seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our team, based in Gippsland & Tasmania, however will be required to travel throughout the region and to Shepparton to attend meetings as required.
This role will manage the existing business portfolio within the region, serving existing clients and developing new business.
The position offers the opportunity to develop within a multi-faceted business, offering the successful candidate the scope to tailor a business offering to a growing customer base.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of effective strategies to achieve agreed outcomes within the territory.
Whilst a previous track record in developing relationships and managing a sales territory is viewed favourably, it is not a pre-requisite for the role.
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll be committed to providing relationship management and commercial positioning of our portfolio with both grower/producers and our reseller network, requiring representation at reseller events, industry field days, crop walks, seminars and network events.. You will have:
* Previous experience in a Territory or Retail Sales position.
* Results focused and demonstrated business acumen.
* Demonstrated industry knowledge and experience.
* Outstanding relationship management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven problem-solving skills.
* A proven ability to meet deadlines, including during periods of even when working under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Driver's License.
