About the Role
You will provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service within the outpatient services, both in front‐line and back‐office roles. The role supports a variety of Outpatient Services across the facility and is committed to Patient and Family Centred Care. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to various outpatient departments in ACBU (Respiratory, Tuberculosis/Chest, and Sleep), delivering customer service, clinic and appointment management, billing and referral management, day‐to‐day operations of the outpatient services, and supporting clinicians and patient care.
Ideal Candidate
* Able to provide a high level of customer service and communicate effectively (written, verbal and face to face).
* Able to perform multiple administrative duties simultaneously and work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
* Must be flexible to work the following shifts within the Ambulatory Care Business Unit:
o 0700 – 1530, 0730 – 1600, 0800 – 1630, 0830 – 1700.
