About the role
This role is leading design, delivery and support of Australian payroll solutions, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, vendors and delivery teams
Duties
* Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
* Design, build and optimise integrations across EC, ECP, Kronos and SAP (including IDocs)
* Own Payroll Control Centre (PCC) configuration and proactive payroll monitoring
* Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, tax and statutory reporting
* Scope, estimate and deliver enhancements, upgrades and change initiatives
Skills & experience
* 10+ years SAP HCM/Payroll experience with strong SuccessFactors ECP background
* Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
* Deep hands-on experience with Australian payroll, schemas, rules and compliance
* Strong PCC expertise and IDoc monitoring, troubleshooting and development
* ABAP debugging experience and proven EC/ECP integration capability
