Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Merchandiser in WEST GOSFORD .
Up to 35 hours per week (average 18 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday.
We are also looking for support merchandisers in:
* ERINA (Kincumber to Wyoming). Tuesday to Thursday availability is essential. Up to 25 hours per week (average 12 hours per week).
* TOUKLEY. Monday to Thursday availability is essential. Up to 30 hours per week (average 12 hours per week).
* CHITTAWAY POINT (Wadalba to The Entrance). Monday to Thursday availability is essential. Up to 30 hours per week (average 12 hours per week).
* LISAROW. Tuesday to Thursday availability is essential. Up to 25 hours per week (average 10 hours per week).
* WYONG. Tuesday to Thursday availability is essential. Up to 25 hours per week (average 12 hours per week).
*ROLES TO COMMENCE MID JANUARY 2026*
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
Successful candidate will have:
* Planogram or similar experience in a grocery/retail environment
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
