About the role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our team at Normist Pty Ltd in Warwick, QLD 4370. This full-time role is integral to providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly assisting customers with their queries and requests
* Process sales transactions, handle cash and maintain accurate records
* Restock and merchandise products to ensure the store looks its best
* Assist with inventory management and stock control
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
* Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities
* Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and stock management
* Flexibility to work weekends as required
* Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
* Eligible to work in Australia full time (Australian citizenship, permanent residency)
