About the Business

We strongly believe in team work and therefore rely on one another to get the job done We predominantly work in the Fibre realm, which has always been our bread and butter, and have recently expanded into other projects. We aim to be a full turnkey company for all our clients.
About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for people who have experience and those who are interested in the Telecommunications industry that have experience in Construction. If you do not have experience in Fibre but you have experience in other technologies and are eager to expand your knowledge, then we welcome your application as well.
We currently have positions open for Technicians, Civils, Trades assistants and Laborers.

There are upskilling opportunities available for those who prove to be committed and are willing to learn more or who are interested in being Certified in a multitude of different skills.
What we are looking for
If you are someone who is capable of or already has the knowledge for the following;
* Physical Activity/ Capable
* Rod & Rope
* Haul Cable
* Use Power Tools
* Splicing
* Building NBN Joints (DFN & LFN Joints)
* Knowledge of the Telstra Network
* Telstra splicing
* Reading and interpreting plans and technical manuals
* Testing/ Reading OTDR, Power Meter/Light source, Traffic Identifier
* Concrete breakout/reinstatement
* Asbestos removal accreditation
* Pit and pipe experience (accreditation is highly favoured)
* Experience with an Excavator, Trencher ect. (or Cert III in civils construction)
Certifications (Must have or be willing to obtain);
* White Card
* First Aid & CPR
* Driver's Licence
* Police Check
* Traffic Management & Implementation Level 2
Additional( preferred but not mandatory);
* Working at Heights
* Elevated Working Platform (scissor lift or equivalent)
* Additional Carrier network knowledge (TPG, Optus, Opticom)
