 
        
        Central Darling Shire Council is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate and Customer Service Manager to join our team. This permanent full-time position will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for leading and managing our corporate and customer service functions.
About the role
The successful applicant will manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers, manage and oversee the records management, ICT, Post Office and administration functions, ensure efficient and effective business operations, including policy development, process improvement, and risk management, provide strategic and operational advice and support to the General Manager and the Management Executive team, foster a strong customer-centric culture and continuous improvement mindset across the organisation, and represent the Council and liaise with key stakeholders, including government agencies and the local community.
What We're Looking For
 * Experience in a management role within a local government or public sector organisation
 * Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
 * Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
 * Strong commercial acumen and financial management capabilities
 * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 * Experience with ICT platforms and management systems
 * Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as business, public administration or a related field
 * A satisfactory National Police Clearance and NSW Working with Children Check is essential
