Job Summary
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with Practice Group Leaders and senior lawyers to provide actionable financial insights and strategic support.
About the Role
* Act as a trusted commercial advisor to designated Practice Groups
* Analyse key financial and operational metrics (e.g., KPIs, WIP, debtor days, utilisation, realisation) and lead performance improvement initiatives
* Support pricing strategies, tender submissions, and large client proposals
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support client arrangements, compliance, and operational planning
About You
* You're a proactive and analytical professional with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in commerce, law, or business
* Proven experience in finance business partnering, ideally within professional services or legal environments
* CA, CPA or equivalent (highly desirable)
