Technical Service Representative – Field-Based (Goldfields Region)
Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in the field? Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join a dynamic team, delivering high-quality service and support across mine sites in the Goldfields region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel to client sites across the Goldfields to perform service, maintenance, and technical support.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
3. Prepare accurate and professional service reports.
4. Assist with the installation and commissioning of chemical dosing systems.
5. Troubleshoot and optimise equipment performance in the field.
6. Schedule your time to meet all client requirements and service level agreements.
What We're Looking For:
1. Current and valid full medical and drug & alcohol clearance (essential).
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
3. High attention to detail with strong documentation abilities.
4. Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional trips to Perth.
5. Mechanical trade qualification (preferred but not essential).
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
